At ING we are looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst

Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Analyst to join our Corporate Finance Team in Wholesale Banking .

The responsibility of this team is to lead the origination and execution of advisory transactions in the context of relevant corporate events such as acquisitions disposals refinancings restructurings or IPOs.

In line with INGs strategy we are looking to grow further our Corporate Finance franchise in Madrid. Priority sectors are Renewables TMT Financial Sponsors and Food & Beverage.

While there is a preference for Spanish-speaking talent ING is open to recruiting the best European talent willing to relocate permanently to Madrid.

Geographical focus of the new hires will be EMEA .
