Corporate Finance - Chartered Accountant

At Clinikally , we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Controller to manage financial operations for our fast-growing e-commerce start-up. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, strong knowledge of IND AS, and expertise in MIS reporting, budgeting, and group consolidation.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management.

Ensure compliance with IND AS and statutory requirements.

Liaise with auditors for timely completion of audits.

• Budgeting & Forecasting

Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with business goals.

Monitor variances and provide actionable insights.

• Exceptional Reporting & Analysis

Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and exceptional reports for decision-making.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial modelling.

• Group Consolidation

Consolidate financial statements for group companies and ensure accuracy of inter-company transactions.

• Audit & Internal Controls

Coordinate statutory audits and ensure compliance with internal control frameworks.

Implement robust processes to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
• 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, preferably in e-commerce or start-up environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong knowledge of IND AS , MIS reporting, and financial consolidation.
• Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
