Overview

The Corporate Finance Manager will deliver high-quality advisory services across M&A, valuations, fundraising, and strategic projects. The role sits within a Big 4–style environment and involves managing engagements, leading teams, and advising Irish and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end M&A, valuation, due diligence, and capital raising engagements.
  • Act as primary day-to-day client contact.
  • Review financial models, valuations, and transaction materials.
  • Deliver clear, commercially focused advice.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and billings.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, risk, and regulatory standards.
  • Support Partners/Directors with pitches and business development.
