Corporate Finance Manager

We are looking for a talented corporate finance manager to supoort us in our next leg of growth.

Responsibilities

1) Own end to end finance, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual MIS and other business reports

2) Spearhead investor relations by sending communications to existing investors

3) Spearhead investor outreach for new potential investors

4) Own all secreterial and legal compliances

5) Prepare bplan and investor decks

6) Occasionally lead cross functional team special projects

7) Conduct market research, competitor mapping etc

Qualifications

1) Must be MBA from a top B-School IIM/IMT/MDI/FMS with finance as major

2) Must have worked either with a pre series A funded startup or as an associate / analyst at a VC firm

3) 2-4 years of work experience

4) Must live in Bangalore
