We are a growing Regional Architectural and Construction Group of Companies in Penang looking for a proactive Corporate Frontline Crew to help run our Operations
This role involves front-desk duties, website updates, personnel attendance tracking, office supplies management and basic IT support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle reception and front-desk tasks (calls, visitors, meeting arrangements)
  • Update company website and social media content monthly
  • Record staff attendance and leave reports
  • Assist in basic IT software installation and updates
  • Track and manage IT hardware/software inventory
  • Handle office errands, grocery, and supply purchases
  • Support general administrative and office operations
