Job Title :- DM/Manager HR
Location :- Gurgaon
Job Purpose
To lead and manage corporate HR functions including HR strategy, policy formulation, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR governance across manufacturing plants and corporate offices, in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Policy
- Develop and implement corporate HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Design, review, and standardize HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks across locations.
- Drive HR digitization and process improvement initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee manpower planning for plants, R&D, sales, and corporate functions.
- Ensure timely hiring of leadership, technical, and critical roles.
- Strengthen employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
3. Performance Management & Rewards
- Lead performance management systems (KRA/KPI, goal setting, appraisals).
- Design and manage compensation, incentives, and reward programs.
- Support succession planning and leadership development.
4. Learning & Development
- Identify capability gaps and design training programs for technical, behavioral, and leadership skills.
- Drive programs on shop-floor productivity, safety, quality, and operational excellence.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Promote a positive work culture and high employee engagement.
- Handle employee grievances and support IR teams where applicable.
- Drive engagement surveys and action plans.
6. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory acts, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate audits and maintain HR documentation and MIS.
- Support disciplinary actions and domestic inquiries when required.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, cost, and engagement.
- Present insights and reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 10 18 years of experience in HR, preferably in automobile or auto components manufacturing
- Experience handling multi-location operations is preferred
