Key Responsibilities:


  • Support in Labor Relations and Administration: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to employee contracts, documentation, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Assistance in Recruitment and Selection: Support the recruitment team by helping with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and facilitating their integration into the team.
