Role Overview:
The Corporate HR - HRIS will partner with business stakeholders to drive HR effectiveness, performance management, T&D, TA and Policy Formulation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS software implementation in 2-3 Plants and corporate
1. Drive and manage KRA, KPI, and Performance Management Cycle (PMC)
2. Support business leaders as an HR Business Partner on people matters
3. Draft, review, and implement HR policies & SOPs
4. Design and execute talent retention and employee engagement programs
5. Monitor performance outcomes and ensure alignment with business goals
6. Handle HR MIS, reports, and documentation using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS tools
7. Support communication, change management, and internal HR initiatives
8. Plant Visit
Key Skills & Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Corporate HR HRIS role
Strong understanding of performance management systems (KRA/KPI/PMC)
Hands-on experience in policy drafting and HR documentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word)
Proactive, structured, and people-oriented mindset
