Key Responsibilities:

• Independently research and draft legal notices, plaints, petitions, and applications
• Handle end-to-end litigation management, including coordination with clients and juniors
• Appear before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals
• Assist senior counsel during evidence and argument stages
• Ensure timely filing and procedural compliance

Qualifications & Skills:

• LL.B. (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience before Trial Courts in Bangalore
• Strong working knowledge of IBC or CPC
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English;
  Kannada-speaking candidates preferred
• Ability to take complete ownership of assigned matters
• Strong research, drafting, and case-handling capabilities
