This role is a full-time, non-exempt position supporting attorneys in our Business Law Group.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents; preparing and filing annual reports, audit letters and annual compliance filings; managing and maintaining corporate records; collaborating with attorneys on fast paced merger and acquisition closings and other corporate matters; interfacing professionally with clients a...
