Our client, a well-established downtown law firm, is currently looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join their tight-knit team.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare documentation for amalgamations, dissolutions and amendments
  • Registration and maintenance of Business Names
  • Prepare documents required to form corporations and limited partnerships
  • Maintenance of minute books and corporate database
  • Other corporate transactions as needed
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a similar position
  • Advanced knowledge of corporate law, including but not limited to preparing incorporations, reorganizations, corporate transactions, and minute book maintenance
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Supervisory experience would be an asset
