We are currently seeking a full-time Corporate Receptionist to join our Darwin office. This role is responsible for a range of front-of-house tasks and for delivering exceptional customer service, to ensure every client feels welcomed, valued and supported. The position also plays an important role in supporting the firm’s marketing initiatives and coordinating both client and staff events.

About the role
This Corporate Receptionist position plays a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team at Moore Australia. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will develop strong, ongoing relationships and deliver exceptional client service, both over the phone and in person. You will also provide general administrative assistance to the Business Advisory team, as required.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients, managing meeting room bookings and ensuring a positive client experience;
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner;
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, along with monitoring shared email inboxes;
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of client and staff events;
- Organising internal catering for client meetings;
- Providing general administrative support and other ad hoc duties as required.

- Be friendly and approachable, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service;
- Demonstrate a “can-do” attitude and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Be confident managing multiple priorities and capable of working both independently and as part of a team;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong administrative skills;
- Ideally have prior experience in a client-facing role (within a professional services environment is advantageous);
- Show a genuine interest to learn and further develop your skills.
