Description: JOB SUMMARY: The Corporate Recruiter role is to attract candidates to interview, join the company & nurture a healthy culture. In addition, the Recruiter nurtures relationships with successful candidates that ensures long-term retention. A successful Recruiter will collaborate with management on a regular basis and proactively identify a pipeline for future hiring needs. This role should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media, job boards, networks and employee referrals. REPORTS TO: Director of Finance & Administration DIRECT REPORTS: None ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Responsible for active and passive sourcing and recruitment of candidates by using job boards, social media, historical databases, etc. • Manage multiple openings simultaneously • Screen candidates resumes and job applications • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relation...
