Corporate Recruiter

Description: JOB SUMMARY:The Corporate Recruiter role is to attract candidates to interview, join the company & nurture a healthy culture. In addition, the Recruiter nurtures relationships with successful candidates that ensures long-term retention. A successful Recruiter will collaborate with management on a regular basis and proactively identify a pipeline for future hiring needs. This role should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media, job boards, networks and employee referrals.
