About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Corporate Relations Manager to join our team at NxtWave, India’s

fastest-growing platform for tech talent.

You’ll play a key role in connecting our students with top companies for internship opportunities

and driving successful outcomes through strong corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard software companies looking for interns.

• Understand each company’s hiring requirements in depth.

• Pitch NxtWave and NIAT (NxtWave Institute of Advanced Technologies) as trusted talent

partners.

• Map students to the right opportunities and coordinate interviews end-to-end.

• Ensure smooth execution of hiring—from first call to student placement.

Performance Metrics

• Weekly:

Number of companies onboarded

• Monthly:

Number of companies that completed interviews

Number of internship offers secured

Who Can Apply

• Freshers: Must have prior experience engaging with companies through your college’s

placement cell.

• Experienced Candidates: Minimum 6 months of experience in corporate relations, B2B

partnerships, or campus recruitment.
