  • Provide sales administration support to business units by organizing and maintaining sales documentation and filing system.
  • Process internal business procedures and systems.
  • Support general office administration and corporate events.
  • Attending customer enquiries & providing timely responses or escalates issues to appropriate team members.
  • Serve as a liaison between business unit and other departments for sales support matters.
  • Perform other admin-related duties as assigned.
