 Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

 Coordinate with procurement, warehouse/CFC, design, and logistics

teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.

 Share order updates, dispatch timelines, and delivery status with

clients.

 Ensure accuracy in orders, invoices, and product customization details.

 Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

 Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

 Participating in sales team meetings.
