Job Description
Under the direction of the Manager, the incumbent's responsibilities and description include the following:
Key responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of clients' Company Secretarial matters
- Customer due diligence (onboarding and on-going monitoring)
- Assist with incorporation of new companies, opening of Bank Accounts, etc.
- Prepare Resolutions, Minutes of Meeting for AGM/EGM, and Maintain Minute Books
- Preparing & filing of relevant forms with ACRA and e-stamping of transfer forms
- Ensure that statutory and regulatory requirements are met
- Maintaining records across 2 systems
- Assist with registration and maintenance of CorpPass access
- Perform any other secretarial duties and support other teams as and when assigned
