Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of corporate secretarial work in compliance with ACRA requirements
  • Handle and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate corporate filings
  • Prepare and process resolutions, BizFile filings, statutory forms, and XBRL
  • Maintain and update statutory registers, minutes books, and corporate records
  • Perform lodgement and submissions with ACRA within stipulated deadlines
  • Monitor, maintain, and track the routing and status of corporate documentation
  • Liaise with and advise clients on company formation, annual compliance, and ongoing corporate administration matters
  • Conduct compliance checks, e.g. KYC, customer due diligence especially on-boarding new clients and on-going monitoring existing clients.
