Role
Handle all aspects of clients’ company secretarial matters.
Manage a portfolio of companies. Provide Corporate Secretarial advice to clients.
Assist with company incorporation/ striking off
Attend to routine corporate secretarial matters such as Annual General Meeting, filing of annual return, change of officers, share transfer and allotment, updating registers and minute book etc.
Customer due diligence(onboarding and ongoing monitoring)
Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Perform any other secretarial duties and support as and when assigned.
Requirements
Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or others
Preferably with at least 2 years of corporate secretarial experience in established corporate secret...
