Job Description

Role

  • Handle all aspects of clients’ company secretarial matters.

  • Manage a portfolio of companies. Provide Corporate Secretarial advice to clients.

  • Assist with company incorporation/ striking off

  • Attend to routine corporate secretarial matters such as Annual General Meeting, filing of annual return, change of officers, share transfer and allotment, updating registers and minute book etc.

  • Customer due diligence(onboarding and ongoing monitoring)

  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Perform any other secretarial duties and support as and when assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or others
