Job Description: Corporate Secretarial Consultant


Qualification & Experience: Qualified Company Secretary with 2-3 years PQE


Requirement: 2 candidates needed for 6-8 months.


Key deliverables of the role:


  • Assisting in preparing Board and committee meeting docs, agenda, minutes, etc.
  • Assisting in handling RPT related compliances.
  • Coordination and support in handling Dividend & IEPF activities.
  • Preparing and filing of ROC forms and routine stock exchange disclosures.
  • Assisting and executing jointly with team members to prepare documentation for AGM/Postal ballot related documents and handle AGM related activities.
  • Updating and managing secretarial documentation and maintaining a repository of all secretarial records, databases, etc.
  • Any other assignment or work stream that the Secretarial Team may assign from time to time.
