International Company Seeks Corporate Security Lead
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Criminology, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Experience: At least 5 years in similar roles such as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Junior Manager within the manufacturing sector.
Key Skills:
Risk assessment and control.
Private and physical security management.
Crisis management and incident resolution.
Knowledge of supply chain security (CTPAT).
Investigation of incidents and accidents.
Access control procedures.
Supervision of both direct personnel and contractors.
Development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of corporate security standards, current legislation, and applicable regulations.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CCTV monitoring software.
