Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Criminology, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.

Experience:
At least 5 years in similar roles such as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Junior Manager within the manufacturing sector.

Key Skills:

• Risk assessment and control.
• Private and physical security management.
• Crisis management and incident resolution.
• Knowledge of supply chain security (CTPAT).
• Investigation of incidents and accidents.
• Access control procedures.
• Supervision of both direct personnel and contractors.
• Development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and protocols.

Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of corporate security standards, current legislation, and applicable regulations.
