Reliance Jio, Kerala is looking for a qualified and experience Administration/Facility Manager to handle the office and general administration for Kochi, Kerala location. Candidates with below experience can apply.


Role Summary:

Responsible for managing multiple facilities across diverse formats such as offices, retail stores, warehouses, and data centres. The role involves ensuring seamless facility operations, maintenance, vendor management, and administrative support while optimizing cost, compliance, and workplace efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

Facility Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned facilities ensuring uptime, safety, and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Monitor AMC, repairs, and preventive maintenance of infrastructure and utilities (AC, DG sets, LT Panels, lifts, etc.).

Vendor & Contract Management:

  • Identify, on board, and manage vendors for housekeeping, security, technical services, and other support functions.
  • Track vendor performance, ensure SLA adherence, and verify bills and payments.

Administration & Logistics:

  • Manage office administration, cab/transport operations, and stock inventory for stationary, housekeeping, and F&B supplies.
  • Supervise mailroom, courier, and pantry operations across all facilities.

SAP Operations:

  • Handle complete SAP workflows for Facilities and Admin functions - including creation and approval of FO, PR, WO, PO, JMS, SE, and GRNs.
  • Ensure accuracy, budget compliance, and timely closure of all SAP-related activities.

Workplace & Space Management:

  • Plan and monitor workspace allocation, seating arrangements, and utilization efficiency across offices and outlets.

Energy & Sustainability Management:

  • Monitor energy consumption and implement optimization initiatives for cost and resource efficiency.

Technology & Reporting:

  • Maintain dashboards, portals, and MIS reports for facility performance, vendor costs, and maintenance KPIs.
  • Ensure timely updates on asset management and preventive maintenance schedules.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure statutory, labor law, and EHS compliance across all locations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and maintain records as per company and government norms.

Travel & Site Supervision:

  • Conduct regular visits to offices, stores, and warehouses to review operations, projects, and vendor performance.

Projects Management:

  • Lead time-bound facility projects such as fit-outs, refurbishments, and asset upgrades.
  • Oversee coordination, budgeting, and timely execution ensuring adherence to company standards.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute internal and external corporate events, business meets, and employee engagement programs.
  • Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and ensure high-quality event delivery within budget and timelines.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Facility Management and Technical Operations (AC, DG, LT Panels).
  • Hands-on experience in SAP, dashboards, and facility portals.
  • Excellent vendor negotiation, budgeting, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in compliance management and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Should be able to read, write & speak Malayalam language.
