About the role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Service Manager - Asia Pacific to lead the delivery of exceptional service outcomes for our corporate and enterprise customers across the APAC region.
This role plays a critical leadership position within our Customer Operations function, acting as the senior escalation point for complex service matters, driving regional service consistency, and partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams in a highly regulated payments environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the delivery of corporate and enterprise services across APAC, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and alignment to business goals.
- Build and scale service delivery frameworks, policies, and governance to support a high-growth payments environment.
- Lead and develop high-performing corporate services and support teams across the region.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex service and operational issues affecting enterprise customers.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Risk, and Compliance to improve service quality, efficiency, and risk management.
- Own service performance, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory obligations are consistently met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and operational effectiveness.
- Support regional growth through new customer onboarding and scalable service operations.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years’ experience in service delivery, customer operations, or customer service leadership
- Proven experience managing corporate or enterprise customer portfolios
- Background in payments, fintech, SaaS, or financial services
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in regulated environments with SLAs and incident management
- Experience operating across multiple APAC markets
