Corporate Strategy Manager

Job Description

• Support the development and execution of annual and long-term business strategies.
• Work with management to align departmental goals and performance targets.
• Manage strategic and operational projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
• Coordinate monthly and annual business reviews and prepare reports for management and HQ.
• Analyze financial and operational performance and recommend improvement actions.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and submissions as required.
• Monitor market and industry trends to support business decisions.
• Support initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, food safety, and business processes.
• Use data analysis to identify trends and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient use of resources.
• Support business continuity planning, risk mitigation, and new business assessments.
• Perform other tasks that support company and departmental development.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Power BI or similar tools are an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in strategy, business development, finance, or sales and marketing.
• Experience in FMCG or similar industries preferred, with project management exposure.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and performance measurement.
