Designation: Trainer (QA cum Trainer)
Experience: 1–3 years (Trainer experience mandatory)
Role Overview:
- We are looking for a dynamic QA cum Trainer who will be responsible for auditing calls, maintaining quality standards, and training new batches as and when they onboard. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in training within sales or customer service environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct call audits and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure adherence to quality and process standards
- Train new batches on product, process, and communication skills
- Support continuous improvement through coaching and refreshers
- Prepare training materials and reports as required
Required Skills & Experience:
- Good quality knowledge of sales and customer service processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and customer service
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Trainer
- Strong command over English & Hindi, along with Marathi or Gujarati
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation (any stream)
