💰 CTC: Upto ₹ 6.5 LPA/ ₹ 7.0 LPA
Position: Core Trainer (Soft Skill Trainer)
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA)
• Delivering structured training on greetings, closures and client query handling
• Coaching, mentoring, and performance support for teams
• Demonstrating empathy and appropriate sympathy while handling client interactions
• Ensuring training quality, consistency and process adherence
