Designation: Trainer (QA cum Trainer)
Experience: 1–3 years (Trainer experience mandatory)
Role Overview:
- We are looking for a dynamic QA cum Trainer who will be responsible for auditing calls, maintaining quality standards, and training new batches as and when they onboard. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in training within sales or customer service environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct call audits and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure adherence to quality and process standards
- Train new batches on product, process, and communication skills
- Support continuous improvement through coaching and refreshers
- Prepare training materials and reports as required
