Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Agent who knows their way around complex itineraries, last-minute changes, and high-expectation clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong SABRE expertise , corporate travel experience, and a managerial background in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment —aka someone who thrives under pressure and still delivers white-glove service.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings, including air, hotel, car rental, rail, and ancillary services
• Use SABRE daily to create, modify, reissue, exchange, and cancel reservations
• Provide expert guidance on fares, ticketing rules, exchanges, refunds, and corporate travel policies
• Ensure full compliance with client travel policies and negotiated corporate rates
• Handle schedule changes, travel disruptions, and urgent requests with speed and precision
