Our client is a dynamic and expanding full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate/Transactional Attorney to join its growing business law group in Tampa, FL.
Salary:
$100-200k base salary (flexible/based on experience) + bonus + full comprehensive benefits

The ideal candidate will bring at least 6 years of experience in corporate governance and transactional matters, especially involving mergers and acquisitions (M&A). You’ll work closely with a team of seasoned attorneys on high-impact deals and strategic advisory matters across a variety of industries.
Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, stock and asset purchases Advise clients on corporate governance, entity formation, business structuring, and compliance Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements (e.g., purchase agreements, shareholder and operating agreements) Oversee all phases of deal execution, including due diligence, closing, and post-closing support Act as a strategic partner to clients, offering insights across business and legal concerns Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas such as tax, employment, and litigation
Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school Active membership in the Florida Bar (or eligibility for reciprocity) Minimum of 6 years’ experience in corporate/transactional law, including significant M&A work Demonstrated ability to lead deals and interface directly with clients Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Self-starter mentality, highly motivated by growth, and eager to develop a book of business
