Customer Success Team supports Mexico to Chile.

Remote Brazil. Shift timings: Brazil work hours
1)
Required languages are Portuguese and English.
20-30 customers portfolio; small to midsize. Average supporting about 10 weekly. Self-starter, taking initiatives.
2) Helping customers fully deploy all products. Continual support, adoption, feature enablement, best utilize the Cortex line of products. Guiding customers into implementing.
3) Convince for adoption; adopt the platform
4) Tech skills:
basic knowledge of Cortex XDR, some basics of SOAR capabilities
( any SOAR is fine not necessarily PAN SOAR). They will later teach XIEM. Products are in a SOC hence COS analyst experience is helpful to know.
