Cosmos DB – Support Engineer - JD


  • Role requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3-6 years of technical support, technical consulting experience
  • Experience with Cosmos DB is Mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills — ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage all customer communication with the appropriate level of etiquette, timeliness, and professionalism, whilst working towards achieving the KPI targets.
  • Experience working in a team environment, managing a diverse workload
  • Must have experience working in 24*7 shift in a ticket based support environment.
  • Flexible to work in different shifts including in Americas EST & PST hours
  • Willingness to work in Hybrid mode from office
