Cosmos DB – Support Engineer - JD
- Role requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3-6 years of technical support, technical consulting experience
- Experience with Cosmos DB is Mandatory
- Excellent communication skills — ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage all customer communication with the appropriate level of etiquette, timeliness, and professionalism, whilst working towards achieving the KPI targets.
- Experience working in a team environment, managing a diverse workload
- Must have experience working in 24*7 shift in a ticket based support environment.
- Flexible to work in different shifts including in Americas EST & PST hours
- Willingness to work in Hybrid mode from office
