Cost Accountant

**Responsibilities**:
- Implementation and determination of standard cost with the investigation of variances with actual cost.
- Estimate product cost for existing and new products.
- Help management make decisions based on costs and benefits.
- Monitor changes in process or methods to calculate effects on overall costs.
- Forecast and analyze cost of processes, labor, indirect labor, overhead and inventory.
- Conduct audits on financial processes and transaction for cost.
- Cycle Count Audit Support
**Required Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, accounting or similar field; or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a cost accountant or similar role for at least 2 years.
- Knowledge of accounting process and financial analyst.
- Knowledge how to take cycle time.
- Manufacturing experience, ERP (BPCS is a plus)
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English (conversational and written)
