**Responsibilities**:
- Lead of the management of the standard cost system
- Lead of the reporting of manufacturing costs and manufacturing variances and proactively inform the management team when risk situations on reaching targets.
- Identified potential savings related to production efficiency
- Full control of scrap top offenders on production.
- Lead in the development and implementation of operational accounting best practices
- Financial lead in the reporting and management of inventory
- Support Operations and Commercial teams in costing related analysis and decision making
- Assist or lead in the monthly close and reporting process
- Assist in the annual Audit process
- P&L Deep Analysis
- Profitability analysis by business division
- Gross profit Analysis per product/ customer
