Job Description

We are seeking a
Senior Cost Accountant
to join a rapidly growing manufacturing operation in Tamaulipas. This is a hands-on leadership role
responsible for cost accounting accuracy, plant financial analysis, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration with operations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

3+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience in a standard cost environment.

Experience in complex manufacturing, aerospace.

People management experience.

Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish

Strong technical knowledge in:

  • Standard cost
  • Variance analysis
  • Inventory management
  • Labor & overhead costing
  • Fixed assets
  • Month-end close
  • CPA/CPA candidate preferred; MBA/CMA a plus.
