Cost Accountant

We have partnered with a nationally recognized builder of high-quality homes and components, in search of a Cost Accountant to join their growing team.
This is a full-time, onsite, direct-hire position in Dorchester, Wisconsin Salary based on experience: $55-$65k total compensation
As a Cost Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate cost management, analyzing production efficiency, and supporting leadership with timely financial insights. You'll be responsible for auditing and creating Bills of Materials (BOMs), managing inventory data, and producing detailed reports that influence both day-to-day operations and long-term business decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Audit and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for existing house models.

Develop and create BOMs for new product models.

Prepare and conduct monthly inventory counts and reconciliations.
