Cost Management & Variance Analysis

• Assist in develop & monitor project cost against budget
• Conduct variance analysis to identify root causes between budgeted and actual
• Identify cost saving opportunities , warning on cost overrun

Tender Support

• Assist in develop detailed project budget during tender & project kick off stage
• Analyses on the project margin
• Analyses industry trends and competitor performance

Financial Reporting

• Set up procedures related to cost accounting
• Prepare monthly cost project reports (budget vs actual , planned vs actual etc)
• Conduct cost and profitability analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Support project meeting with cost update etc

Other Skills Requirement

• Experience in construction industry with costing/finance knowledge would be added advantage
