Cost Accounting Manager

Job Summary:

The COGS Manager will be responsible for end-to-end Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) management for Design & Build

business, ensuring accurate project cost tracking, margin control, project profitability and compliance with

accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Costing:

- Manage COGS accounting for all Design & Build projects.

- Track project-wise costs including materials, labor, subcontracting, logistics, and overheads.

- Monitor budget vs actuals and highlight variances.

- Manage WIP and accruals.

- Coordinate with project teams for timely cost booking.

2.Margin & Profitability Analysis:

- Perform project margin analysis.

- Allocate direct and indirect costs accurately.
