Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, budget management, contract administration, and ensuring value for money throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

• Candidate should have AutoCAD hands on experience
• able to read and understand AutoCAD drawings
• able to measure the architectural interior and exterior finishes and curtain walls from the drawings
• knowledge of REVIT Architecture is added advantage
• experience with consultant is added advantage

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Familiarity with project management frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from reputed University with 7+ CGPA
