A construction and engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a Cost Control Specialist to develop and maintain project cost control systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in cost control for construction projects. Proficiency in cost management software and relevant certifications are preferred. This full-time position does not offer remote work.
