Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and maintain detailed cost breakdowns of project budgets following company protocols and standards.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed breakdowns of actual versus budgeted costs.
  • Prepare cost forecasts
  • Prepare reports, documentation and presentations according to company standards and protocols.
  • Support the Project Manager and Accounting area when required.
  • Coordinate departments and support them when necessary.
  • Collect information from different internal stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and ways to overcome or enhance them respectively.

  • Develop timelines and update monthly project schedules and progress for each project.
  • Prepare project alert procedures to meet project milestones and cost.
