Cost Controller

The Cost Controller is responsible for controlling and reconciling all item costs by analyzing invoices, requisitions, products received, menus, and production. All work must adhere to company accounting and financial controls under the supervision of the Financial Controller, following policies outlined by the CEO and in line with company and corporate policies.

• Control and monitor project expenditures by verifying invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Support project planning and cost control, including variation reporting and milestone monitoring.
• Coordinate with the project management team to resolve issues and ensure project completion.
• Report on project costs monthly to ensure expenditures stay within budget.
• Verify quantities ordered and received against purchase orders.
