Responsibilities:
Monitor and control food and beverage costs across multiple branches.
Analyze cost variance reports and propose corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and waste.
Collaborate with kitchen and procurement teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal cost procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) in cost control within the F&B industry.
Experience working with multi-branch restaurant operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory and cost management software.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
