The purpose of the role is to track actual performance against relevant KPI’s, production standard of the conversion process in the section.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze the PO variance report.Actual material cost tracking (yield/loss analysis) and comparison vs. STD on regular basis per product and production lines.Evidence tracking and reporting related to trials, scraps and other non-standard material usage.Track performance against relevant KPI's of the conversion process in the section.Support/provide KPI data for DMS (daily management system) – IL6S.Ensure that manufacturing POs are properly and timely opened, maintained and closed.Ensure that employees on shop floor correct the actual consumption of material direct to ...
