Afkar Holding is looking for a cost controller specialist.
Main Responsibilities:

*Prepare recipe and menu costing in coordination with the Executive Chef and recommend selling prices.

*Review and cost set menus/special menus.

*Be the person authorized to price, enter, and adjust items in the system.

*Ensure timely and accurate inventory counts.

*Coordinate with the Operations team to review variances in outlets.

*Analyze inventory variances and address discrepancies with the support of the Financial Controller.

*Review daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

*Calculate and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly F&B costs.

*Track budget adherence with the operations team and raise alerts for any budget overruns.

*Prepare menu engineering reports in line with SOPs and set timelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar cost control role in hotels or restaurants.

Proficiency in English – written and spoken.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity.
