Cost Controller

Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Controllerto join our Finance team and support effective cost management across our Food& Beverage operations. The successful candidate will play a key role ininventory control, recipe costing, reporting, and budget monitoring, ensuringaccuracy, transparency, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee invoicing for all kindof purchases to ensure invoices are processed on time and accurately in thesystem, upon contract/agreed pricingCoordinate and supervisemonthly physical inventories across all warehouses, reconciling physical stockwith ERP system balancesMonitor and controlintercompany stock transfers, ensuring accounting accuracy and compliancePerform spot checks on goodsreceipts, verifying quantities, quality, and pricing according to procurementagreementsDevelop, maintain and update standardrecipes into the systems in collaboration with Chefs and food and beveragesupervisors to ensure accurate Food and Beverage cost controlPrepare monthly cost reports,analyze variances, and propose corrective actions per cost centerTrack and analyze waste,spoilage, expired items, and returns, providing insights to reduce lossesManage and maintain ERP masterdata, ensuring correct item codes, units of measurement, and categorizationAssist in the preparation of budgetsand forecasts, supporting financial planning and cost optimization initiativesQualifications / Personal characteristics:
Minimum 2 years of experience ina similar position ideally within a 5* Luxury Hotel; previous hotel accountingexperience would be an assetBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,or a related fieldExcellent knowledge of Greekand English language Computer literacy (Excel andFidelio/Opera) Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Entersoft, Twinsoft)A team player passionate aboutthe job and detailed orientedBenefits:
