Cost Engineer

At Jacobs, we are looking for a Cost Engineer in our Atlanta, GA office. Under the general direction of the Program Cost Controls Manager, the Project Controls Engineer - Cost is responsible for developing, maintaining, and reviewing cost management data, including budget and cost forecast, and providing accurate and timely reporting of cost data.
* Ability to establish and enforce cost control frameworks, policies, and procedures across a multi-billion program
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with capacity to present insights clearly to executives, boards, and stakeholders
* Generate regular cost reports, summaries, and dashboards for review by the Capital Program Management Office (CPMO)
* Ability to lead cost workshops with project managers and contractors teams
* Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed CPMO environment with multiple delivery partners
