Requirements :

• Cost Estimation experience of minimum 5-10 years (Middle east experience is preferred)
• Good knowledge of architectural & structural items pricing
• Hands-on experience on Electro-mechanical pricing
• Knowledge of cost engineering practices and principles
• Knowledge of various design stages and corresponding cost estimates
• Having knowledge of Value Engineering and Cost Control process
• Experience and knowledge of item Rate-analysis
• Expertise in Microsoft office, REVIT, Auto CAD, etc.
• Excellent communication skill/Proficiency in English speaking and writing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from reputed University with 7+ CGPA
