JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare budget 1 for new projects, including special projects based on design’s conceptual/schematic plan for management approval (EDD Prelims, Building Construction & EDD Fit-Outs).
• Accept and review budget proposals in terms of scope, specifications, and cost submitted by other groups.
• Liaise with suppliers/contractors for specific materials/items based on the estimated listed items on the budget.
• Ensure ‘budget 2’ created by CM’s is within the approved ‘budget 1’; if not, ensure cost variations are justifiable and propose options for value engineering (with the other groups).

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Professional license relevant to the field.
